Individuals and department teams of 2 will walk for at least 20 minutes per day for up to 5 days per week in any location of their choice at any time.

Participants are encouraged to walk throughout the workday, Monday – Friday. We recommend participants walk 1 of the 3 designated Wellness Walking Zones (WWZ) – Chesapeake Building Loop, Reckord Armory Gym or Cole Fieldhouse but it is not required.

Individual participants are responsible for tracking the minutes/points accrued from walking throughout the day to then submit via email each week by Friday at 6:00pm via Wufoo form.  There are no mileage or speed requirements, but participants are encouraged to walk as briskly as possible to achieve cardiorespiratory health benefits.
