Stress Less campaign

This year, Wellness @ Maryland is taking aim at stress and encouraging Terps to take charge of managing the stress in their lives.

Learn more about how to identify good stress vs bad stress, the symptoms and effects of stress, stress management techniques, and knowing when and where to get help.

Join us as we work to re-write the story of stress on campus - you don't have to stress for success.

Weekly Wellness Tip

In order to prevent tooth decay, the American Dental Association recommends brushing your teeth at least 2 times each day with a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste. Pick a toothbrush that will allow you to easily access your back teeth, and change your toothbrush every 3-4 months to prevent the bristles from fraying.

Floss between your teeth daily to maintain gum health.  Visit your dentist regularly (at least twice a year) to stay on top of your dental health care.
